No. FlightCircle stays your scheduling and dispatch system of record. AviPrep sits next to it for student discovery, checkout, payouts, and CFI tooling.
You generate a read-only API key in your FlightCircle admin and paste it into your AviPrep settings. We pull aircraft availability into the AviPrep booking flow so students see real open slots. We do not write back to FlightCircle. When an AviPrep booking confirms, your dispatcher creates the matching FlightCircle reservation.
Instruction earnings route to the CFI. Aircraft rental, if AviPrep collects it, routes to the school. Splits are configured during onboarding and stamped on every booking.
AviPrep authorizes the estimated total at booking. At lesson end, the CFI records actual hobbs time and we capture the real amount. No pre-auths held against the student card for days.
Yes. During onboarding we link existing instructor accounts to your school so their book of students rolls under your roster.
